My educational background is in Counselling Psychology, and I provide treatment services to both adults and children. I have worked with a variety of clients who have encountered difficulties in their life from struggling with suicidal thoughts, to recovering from a traumatic brain injury, to helping parents implement behavioural strategies at home with their preschooler. I like to use a Client-Centred approach to working with my clients while tailoring therapeutic techniques to each client's unique session.

CBT is a scientifically validated treatment for depression, anxiety. CBT can help people who are feeling panicked, struggling with low self-esteem, difficulty with relationship or stress at work. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy helps you to recognize when you are stuck in life patterns.
I understand that therapy can be expensive and I like to use a short term, evidence-based approach to help provide you with the support you need to achieve results quickly and successfully.
